Any NexusID Member Business that is in good standing and that has fully implemented the NexusID program will benefit from our 100% Compliance Guarantee. If a NexusID Member Business is determined to be noncompliant with the Red Flags Rule, NexusID will take all necessary action to bring that business back into compliance. The NexusID Compliance Guarantee also warrants that NexusID will continuously modify the NexusID Compliance Program to ensure continued compliance in the event of modifications to the Red Flags Rule by the FTC or Federal Regulator.
